How To Fix This glitch.
If you know how to install mod in Cities Skylines manually , then head over to this directory (C://Users/*your_user_name*/AppData/Local/Colossal Order/Cities_Skylines) and delete the cities skylines folder but before you do that make to keep the backup of the cities skylines then after you deleted the folder you'll be going to run cities skylines and when you'll run that the new Cities Skylines will be generated automatically so then you'll be copying ONLY "SAVE" Folder AND "ADDON" Folder. But you need to do this when your game is closed or the method won't work. Just close the game and then copy the files and you're good to go.
