The PS3 servers for WWE 2K15 are still up through a certain method involving old match invites saved in your messages. You can also send invites to yourself once you are in the online lobby, so you don't run out of invites.

I tested this method for 2K14 and it doesn't work. Not sure if works for 2K16 and 2K17 on the PS3 since I only have the PS4 versions.
