However, one miscalculation down an oncoming lane was enough to destroy everything Terry built. A broken back, a wrecked hatchback, and a pileup that snarled an entire grid of finalists; it was a grim situation no matter how it was viewed. With the only trophies she won being a spiraling dependence on painkillers and a desperate craving for escape, the lone thing that kept her sane was her bond with Eddie Reed. Both allies to knock out Sergio Hielo-Borrosa and his disciples, the petty rivalry was shelved as her life soldiered into disarray and his concerns hastened. Grateful for Redline taking pity on her, Terry’s terminus is as straightforward as her motivations were pure. Besides, she was certain Sergio welcomed seeing a familiar face that didn’t have an axe to grind with him.
