it would be a miracle if this got re-released since the audio and video formats used in it are owned by sony most likely the engine as well such as a predecessor to phyreengine
cutscene's appear to be some kind of special container written in javascript while it plays back a adpcm audio strean
3rd one also features the same engine used by sony to make brave story which is also referenced in it's debug menu
