The objective of Lo Wang is to rescue Oyabun's daughter from Zilla Labs.

Wang must first obtain an access card from a member of the Zilla military before he can enter the labs. In search of Kamiko, Wang enters the laboratory after securing the access card. As he enters the room, he finds Kamiko tied to a table with the Kyokagami Twins inside and Zilla watching her through a monitor. The Twins inject Kamiko with compound 61, and she begins to experience hallucinations.

When Wang reveals his presence to the Twins, they run after him while vast forces of ZillaCorps soldiers come after them. Wang eventually reaches Kamiko and brings her to Smith.

As a precautionary measure, Smith transfers Kamiko's soul into Wang's body until he figures out how to heal Kamiko. In the process of choosing the gear, he meets Hideo, who offers to help.
