So like, I KNOW I'm gonna get questions on this one from people who dunno how the hell this made sense.... Here's what happened.

I summoned Magical Scientist and activated his effect (-1000 LP, pull out a Fusion Monster. Forgot if it got a level cap or not). Thousand-Eyes Restrict got the effect that it can absorb 1 of the opponents monsters and equip it, gaining the attack/defense the other monster had.
The reason I selected the weaker monster was to rid it of its special effect (no spell cards will work). Fusion Weapon raises attack and defense by 1500 on a (IIRC) level 6 or lower Fusion Monster.
Simple as that.
