CHYKKA

Chykka is a hit or miss Boss. Meaning you will either have an easy time or bad luck.
In its first form as a Larva, Chykka will swim around the platform while disturbing nests of Dark Shredders, causing them to attack in pairs or more, they can easily be destroyed by firing a single missile at one, and having the others die from splash damage. Chykka will then dive underwater and come up twirling like a whale while showing its main weak spot on its chest. While in the air, Chykka will spit a shot of Dark Water at us before splashing back into the water and creating a shockwave that must be jumped over. Afterwards Chykka will return to swimming around the platform. Eventually Chykka will dive and surface on the edge of the platform to try and grab us with its tongue (side step to dodge this easily). Here we can shoot it with charged light beams to injure it and after a few shots, daze it. Once dazed it will reveal its chest again, which we can fire a Super Missile at to inflict massive damage. (NOTE: You need to keep an eye on the radar to see where Chykka is at all times, especially when it dives underwater. You will see bubbles in the water, which tells us that Chykka is preparing to jump like a whale. If there are no bubbles, Chykka will attempt to jump onto the ledge.)

In the 2nd Phase, the platform will split into 3, each with its own small field of light and grapple points connecting them from above. Chykka, now in its Adult form, will start spitting multiple beams of Dark Water at us (which we jump over) and even attempt to ram us (which it will back up to warn us). When it rams, its best dodged by switching platforms via Grapple.
Our goal is to shoot it enough times to stun it, then get around behind it via grapple and shoot the weak spots on the back of its 4 wings. The best way to stun it, is to use charged Dark Shots (which I stupidly dont do for a while) then fire Super Missiles into the wings weak spots.
Once all 4 wings have been shot, Chykka will fall into the Dark Water and temporarily become Dark Chykka. Dark Chykka's only weak spot is its tail/eggsac, and the best weapon to use on it, is the light beam. Dark Chykka will occasionally release Chyklings which will constantly chase you but are easily destroyed, they also drop health and ammo if needed. Eventually Dark Chykka will revert back to Chykka and the pattern continues until we win.
