68In this part, we storm into Shinra HQ again, (using the stairwell route to get a weapon for ed XIII), grab a few left out items including Cait Sith's Ultimate Weapon "HP Shout", head back to the underground, choose the opposite path, surface on the streets, fight Scarlet and Heidegger in the Proud Clod, get Barret's Ultimate Weapon "Missing Score", fight Hojo, switch to Disc 3, and arrive at the Northern Crater.
PROUD CLOD / JAMAR ARMOR
Difficulty: 6/10
HP: 60,000 /
Proud Clod's Attacks: Proud Clod can cast Reflect on the party by the attack Materia Jammer, but only if Jamar Armor is still active. It can also use a physical attack, machine guns, Knee Fire, Knee Blend, and Wrist Laser. Lastly, when low on HP it will bend down and charge it's Beam Cannon.
Strategy: After setting up the typical Big Guard, focus on taking down the Jamar Armor to get extra AP and XP after battle. Then use Magic Breath/Summons and typical heavy attacks to bring down Proud Clod.
HOJO
Difficulty: 4/10
HP: 16,000
Hojo's Attacks: Hojo will use a capsule to summon two mutants to the field to assist him, and if either is defeated, he will summon another to replace them.
Strategy: Hojo won't last long with low HP so attack with anything, but make sure you have a Ribbon equipped to someone and Big Guard is active
HELLECTIC HOJO
Difficulty: 5/10
HP: 26,000
Hellectic Hojo's Attacks: Hellectic Hojo can cast Bio Gas to Poison and Confu to Confuse. He may also use Sleepel or Silence as well as a physical attack.
Strategy: Targeting Hojo's arms is more or less pointless and they should be ignored. This form is nearly harmless to those wearing Ribbons. Otherwise heal status ailments with White Wind and unload the heavy attack on Hojo to take him down.
LIFEFORM-HOJO N
Difficulty: 6/10
HP: 30,000
Lifeform-Hojo N's Attacks: Hojo will use his Combo attack to hit multiple times and inflict multiple status ailments such as poison, darkness, and confusion. Counterattacks and heavy blows will dwindle Hojo down little by little. Keep White Wind on hand in case something goes wrong.
