Re-upload due to encoding error.

Comparing the 100% Routes, I didn't do a splice of Early PB route and instead took Zoast's current WR rooms. The difference is exactly 3 seconds (Early PBs being slower) and I have no doubt Zoast could shave those 3 seconds with a splice of his own.

If he ever does, I'll replace the segments and upload a new version of this.
