I'm useless with Viper. Nothing feels like it hits/works like my extremely limited skills need it to. Can't seem to land most of her jump kicks, even. Does she even DO a jump kick with HK? Doesn't really look like she does. (But EventHubs lists "Diagonal Jump Heavy Kick" for her https://www.eventhubs.com/moves/sf4/cviper/ so I guess she does?) Baffled. Can't land her big showpiece flip kick. Ability to do her air Ultra II falls apart. A lot of her EX moves seem to come out SLOWER than the non-EX versions. Most I could sort of manage was crouch elec punch (qcb-LP), then maybe heavy sweep. Miserable.
