Welcome to A San Marino Challenge, where I will attempt to turn the small nation of San Marino into a world football powerhouse! The actual challenge involves taking San Marino to #1 in the World Rankings while simultaneously taking a club based in San Marino to Champions League glory. But it wouldn't be interesting to me without a few changes!

The time is finally here: our first step into San Marino National Team management! It's an exciting time, as our youth academy has been filling all levels of the national team, so it looks like we're getting in on the ground floor of the San Marino ascent. This World Cup cycle is probably not the one where we explode, but the one after I feel is where we might be able to compete.

We start with a quick look at the squad and tactic, then we move right into our first match of Nations League D against Estonia, probably the top ranked nation in our group. It's definitely a learning process.
