Aabs Animals is another proof of my angry rant about the Vita game library. Most games are all flash, but lack substance. Well… actually this game doesn’t even have flash. Aabs Animals is a game where you interact with a cat of your choice in AR, and interact is a compliment. This software shouldn’t be advertised as a `game`, because it’s not a game. It’s some cat animation that appears on your Vita camera. The cat doesn’t interact to you touching the screen, tilting the Vita, smashing it against the wall. Nothing works. Because it’s just an animation on screen.
This was not worthy to be on the Vita Store. I’ve seen homebrew apps on the Vita that do more than this `Game` that got into the official Playstation Store. If you see it, just know that this is not a game, it’s just a bunch of cat animations.
