24this is from before the global labs patch improving flame pummel linking with other skills goes live on the NA/EU servers. after that patch hits it'll be much smoother to use seismic blast out of flame pummel and that'd likely cause seismic blast to have a place earlier in this combo

Ground Lifting - extra AP against monsters +20 for 7 sec / critical hit rate +20% for 7 sec
Devastation - all evasion rate -4% for 10 sec for target / back attack damage +3% for 5 sec
Seismic Blast - all dp -15 for 10sec for target / critical hit damage +3% for 5 sec
