19this is only viable for leagues, as entering the private instance spawns the room in a consistent way that we take advantage of to set up the offtick. due to not ever losing kc in leagues, we can spam repeat entering the private instance and last recall bank between kills. in the main game this is not possible and you'd want to stay in the room for longer than one kill, meaning you'd need to use a different offtick setup that works with the minion's respawns.
