This game is the first of three activity edutainment software CDs titled "Play & Learn with Blinky Bill". This one is for preschool users, and features over 200 fun-filled and unique lessons. There's 18 core activities, 14 of which operate on 2 levels. It focuses on developing your child's social and environmental awareness. Two specially designed scoring modes: A 'Reward System' encourages the child to attempt all activities.
