Break 1: One of the rotary options in phase 1 is marked as a target, the other three as "Do not shoot". Destroy the target option to get the break. After that, you can destroy the other options as well. The most difficult part is not getting randomly sniped.

Break 2: In phase 2, destroy all rotary options before clearing the phase. Probably the hardest break on this boss - very random and confusing. It gets completely insane on max rank.

Break 3: In phase 3, leave at least one rotary option alive. The best strategy is to destroy two neighboured ones so you create a huge gap for you to shoot. Not too hard, but the options want to wall you really badly. You can actually squeeze through the walls most of the time, but it's pretty scary.

Phase 4 has no break, it's just streaming.

Do this without dying for the A+ rank. Pretty tough, but the cluster missile is helpful.
