I originally arranged this in the same key as the ost with capo on the 3rd fret (and transposed melody). But after trying it out on standard tuning it just felt more natural to the guitar, also darker and more soothing!

The feeling this song give is something in between what Kraid's Lair and the Metroid title theme delivers. It's has a heroic feel with a good tempo. In the same time it's calming. In a way reassuring that the hero (Samus) has arrived to care of business!
