Call Of Duty 2 still has small dedicated playerbase in 2023, almost 18 years after it's original release date back in November 2005! The game averages about 150 to 300 players on PC via the Steam version, the sad part it is most servers have several game changing modifications, making finding a vanilla lobby near impossible. Luckily I was able to find a NORMAL Capture The Flag lobby after over an hour of browsing through servers! This was a very enjoyable and fun match, I wish Call Of Duty 2 had more vanilla servers without mods so new players can experience this game for what it actually is. World at War and Call of Duty 2 are probably the best and my favorite World War 2 games in the entire franchise. These were simpler times for Call Of Duty, no killstreaks, attachments, camouflages, or greedy microtransactions, just a soldier and his rifle! I will continue to hop on Call Of Duty 2 every week just to check if there are any normal vanilla servers to play on and post more gameplay if necessary! Let me know in the comments section below if you have any fond memories of playing Call Of Duty 2! I hope you guys enjoy the video and subscribe for more Call Of Duty 2 gameplay!
