Captioning in Gaming || 2020 Video Essay
3Video games are captioned, but are they actually benefitting people who have auditory difficulty? We look into a few examples on the captioning spectrum and talk about a few quotes from Zdenek's book, "Reading Sounds."
Note: Those ugly white boxes with captions in them were put there by me to demonstrate that not every sound is captioned. It's not explicitly mentioned and I thought it might be confusing if I didn't point it out. Thanks!
