WCW didn’t always do things right, but at least they had some pretty sweet video games. WCW Mayhem may not be an AKI game, but it more than holds its own on the Nintendo 64—even with Bobby Heenan’s commentary removed. Classic WCW move. WCW Mayhem features more than 60 wrestlers, ranging from Hulk Hogan and Sting to Bret Hart and Goldberg, as well as 15 actual WCW stage sets. And thanks to its create-a-wrestler mode, you can even take the Internet’s fantasy match between Sting and The Undertaker into your own hands! WCW Mayhem features single-player and local multiplayer play on the Nintendo 64, brother.
WCW Mayhem was released in 1999 for the Nintendo 64. The game is also available for the PlayStation and Game Boy Color. WCW Mayhem is developed by Kodiak Interactive and published by Electronic Arts.
