Collecting the datacore Antidote
764Obtaining the one item_antidote in the entire Half-Life game. Supposedly cut content only to be found on deathmatch map datacore.bsp
Using really high fps to make it fall slower to catch it in time.

The antidote canister, also known as the anti-toxin syringe, was to cure the player from the effects of blood poisoning and nerve gas. Although unused, it was largely implemented and can be spawned and used in the final game

After some testing, the antidote seems useless on nerve gas because of how fast it damage and "wear off" on the player. It does however reduces the poison effect from 6 "damage ticks" to 3 "damage ticks".
