Welcome to my second game of the Star Trek New Horizons mod for Stellaris. This game is played on Stellaris version 1.2.5, with the alpha .75 version of the mod. This means that the mod is still incomplete feature-wise and may still have some bugs or other issues for me to deal with as I go.

In part 3 we focus on administrative work and building up our new multi-species federation of planets while meeting numerous nearby races.
