Drakengard 3 Playthrough (2013/2014) (PS3)
0Welp, here is the third installment of the Drakengard series. This is Drakengard 3, originally released on December 19th, 2013 in Japan and May 20th, 2014 in North America. The first two originated on the PS2 which both had male protagonists. Here you have a white haired, red eyed female protagonist named "Zero". You know, not Zero Two from Darling in the Franxx, you know what I mean. This is an action role playing/hack and slash game with a lot of blood and gore. Explains the "M" rating on the front, back and disc cover to this game. You have your sword and it gets covered in blood when you slay your foes. You also have your dragon, Mikhail, which he is a bit dumb. Somewhere in the beginning, I saw this dragon playing in the swamp and then he pees in it. I bet it smells bad. There is no Shrek here however. (All Star by Smash Mouth plays) Enough of that tho, Zero has her five sisters, for whatever reason, she wants them dead. Man, what a horrible sister she is. She even has a bad attitude. In my playthrough, I faced two bosses, a giant and another dragon. In the second boss, it plays like Panzer Dragoon in a way. You know how it plays, right?
This game is not perfect though. It has a few frame rate issues, but you may get used to it though. This game is not terrible tho, but kinda enjoyable, not a masterpiece mind you, but I will take it for what it is.
On another note, I would also like to call it Game of Thrones meets How to Train Your Dragon. Now, I've seen the first season of HBO's GoT on CTV of all places in August 2016 and I kinda liked it. I have seen the first and third films, but I haven't seen the second one for some weird reason. I enjoy the 1st and 3rd films of HTDYD.
