Both Vincent Valentine and Yuffie Kisaragi were optional unlockable characters in the original Final Fantasy VII game that were obtainable via side-quests. However, now that they are integrally tied into the story an universe of Final Fantasy VII through its expanded compilation, will they still be optional characters or instead mandatory characters that are organically a part of the Final Fantasy VII Remake?
