Temporary workaround fix for bringing back some of your IG effect back. If you updated your Instagram app to the beta and Flying Face filter is missing for you, you can't find it in the list of filters, I have a quick fix for this.

All you need to do is to unfollow Dvoshansky and follow him back. This will pull all of his filters back into the Instagram filter list, including Flying Face game and you can play it.

This is true to any other AR creators that you don't have their filter available due to the Instagram app bug.

I can't guarantee that this solution will work, but it worked for me as you can see in this video.
