23A playthrough of the Advanced tutorial scenario in Flashpoint Campaigns Southern Storm. This is the third & final tutorial in the game and introduces several additional unit types and mechanisms. This isn't a complete playthrough of the scenario but rather the first five order phases to provide a look at the tutorial's highlighted topics.
Flashpoint Campaigns: Southern Storm is a grand tactical wargame set at the height of the Cold War, with the action centered on the year 1989. It is largely platoon-level and can be played solo against the AI, PBEM (in the old school way) or two-player and also can be played solo two-handed with the player handling both sides. It is a follow-up to Flashpoint Campaigns: Red Storm, which was released by the same developer (On Target Simulations) back in 2014. Both Red Storm and Southern Storm are published by Matrix Games.
