Spruance Leader - Carriers & Allies Expansions Playthrough
0This playthrough is titled "All Hands on Deck" because it includes components from the core game and both the Carriers & Allies expansions. This video features the first mission of the "Med/Black Sea Deterrence" campaign from the Carriers expansion of DVG's Spruance Leader, utilizing ships from the Allies expansion as well.
The Allies expansion adds both NATO and Pacific partner nations to the friendly forces. In this playthrough the French aircraft carrier Foch heads a task force that includes a French cruiser, a West German destroyer, a British frigate and an Italian frigate.
The campaign is categorized as a "Hard" campaign and was chosen as a good chance to highlight both the Carriers & Allies expansion.
Though this is technically the seventh & final video of my series on "Spruance Leader" I may continue this campaign in future videos as this entry only shows the NATO force. The US Navy comprises the "other half" of the forces for the campaign (the US task force is headed by the USS Saratoga aircraft carrier and includes a cruiser, destroyer and frigate as well).
