Playstation 3 Demo ~ "Kaname Stage 1 & 2"


- This demo was released yesterday on PSN-J (Playstation 3 Network Japan) for Valentine's Day (which I find it very ironic and funny). The demo itself only contains the first two stages of Kaname (sucks you can't choose Kaoruko who looks more interesting to me), score attack and carnival mode (I think).


{ STORY }
Story of the game is an apprentice angel Patoko, who accidently overshot Tenzou (main character) with Cupid Arrows making him irresistible to the ladies. If Tenzou does not find his true love before effects wear out he'll be "forever alone".

Unfortunately with the effects, he must fend off love-strucken zombies.. err.. ladies with his "Pheromone Gun" which will keep the love-strucken girls at bay while he looks for his true love.


{ GAMEPLAY }
This game is completely LOL... while you don't do anything violent or have any killing deaths as most first person shooters (House of the Dead, Time Crisis, etc)... its just funny shooting the love-crazed ladies till they fall in dizzy ecstasy to survive their on-slaught.

Usually it takes a few shots to make them fall dizzy, but if you hit their "weak point" (which all ladies have different weak spots), it'll be a one-hit "Estasy Shot" making it easier to stop them from confessing their love to you.


{ LL's OPINION }
This game is pretty fun (and funny).. everything about it is so LOL-worthy. It is a nice and difference change from just killing people (Time Crisis) or shooting blood-thirsty Zombies (House of the Dead) though.

Its even more funny that there are some cool features like the "Panic Mode" (which I did a few times) in the game, which displays a totally different game.. for those who have stern parents.


Anyways hoped you enjoy this demo shown... it is just amazingly funny. But not one I would import since it is a very short and repetitive game (like most shooters) with the import cost.

Oh yea, Famitsu gave it a 32/40 score (8/8/8/8), not too bad lol.
