God of War is the proud owner of the Game Awards award for Game of the Year!

This came as a bit of a shock to me watching the show as it seemed Red Dead Redemption was winning everything else, but it's a welcome surprise nonetheless as I had just started the game about a week earlier.

Does this latest effort by Santa Monica Studios actually earn such high accolades though? lets jump in and take a good close look, because this Kratos is not the same God of War we used to know.
