Playthrough of the version included on Konami GB Collection Vol. 1. This version has full color support, and also had a name change -it was originally called "Nemesis", but for this collection, it's called "Gradius".

It's also an easy game to get through, since I don't play many shooters, and I got through this without losing a life. Once you've got your ship powered up you should be set. From what I know, this game never ends -once the credits are over, a new game will start, and the game will keep looping. It does get more difficult after the first restart, but unless someone knows better, there's no additional ending, altered credits or anything like that for beating the game again.
