Incidental 36 is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants." His incidental type is currently unknown.

NAMES
In "To Love a Patty," his name is Harold.

DESCRIPTION
He is a chubby cheeked red-orange fish with light orange fins and lips. He wears teal swim trunks with yellow flowers, and a white lace. In his older appearances, his legs were red-orange, and he wore a teal speedo. In his even older appearances, he lacked his nostrils and the lace on his swim trunks, and his dorsal fin was much longer and touched the back of his head.

ROLE IN SERIES
Incidental 36 is a fairly commonly used incidental character. He has made many notable appearances as well as minor ones. He was firstly designed to be a beachgoer that allows SpongeBob to have some of his marshmallows

MAJOR ROLES
"Ripped Pants"
He is shown roasting and eating marshmallows in Goo Lagoon when SpongeBob asks him if he could borrow some, to which he nods yes.

"Walking Small"
He appears as one of the beachgoers playing volleyball using SpongeBob at the end of the episode.

"Fools in April"
He is shown to be disturbed and concerned during Squidward’s cruel prank on SpongeBob.

"Hooky"
He complains that Squidward served him a fried boot sandwich.

"Your Shoe's Untied"
He appears as the son of Incidental 33 where they leave the Krusty Krab together.

"Something Smells"
SpongeBob's rancid breath kills him and Scooter. He is also one of the many theater patrons that Patrick forces to look at SpongeBob’s "ugly" face.

"Dying for Pie"
He appears in Squidward’s flashback watching SpongeBob explode in a bunch of pieces that come raining down.

"Prehibernation Week"
He is seen poking his head inside a window of a building while various Bikini Bottom residents look for SpongeBob in downtown Bikini Bottom.

"I'm Your Biggest Fanatic"
He appears as one of Kevin C. Cucumber's biggest fans in the ditch.

"Shanghaied"
The Flying Dutchman scares him by turning his head all the way around.

"Sailor Mouth"
He looks at SpongeBob with a shocked face when he greets the customers with a swear.

"Jellyfish Hunter"
Fred puts jellyfish jelly on his Krabby Patty during the song "Hey All You People" to inform everyone about the delicacy of the Jelly Patty.

"Just One Bite"
He laughs when SpongeBob tells the customers at the Krusty Krab that Squidward doesn’t like Krabby Patties.

"Party Pooper Pants"
He is seen shopping at the Barg'N-Mart during the opening of the episode.

"Good Neighbors"
He appears as a certified foot masseur where Squidward calls him to do a pedicure at his house. However, when he arrives at Squidward's house, SpongeBob and Patrick are the only ones present in the house while Squidward was taken away by Incidental 104 and Incidental 105. SpongeBob decides to test Incidental 36 to see if he really is a foot masseur and not a threat to Squidward. When Squidward returns to his house, he finds Incidental 36 giving SpongeBob and Patrick pedicures. Squidward then orders Incidental 36 to give him a pedicure but Incidental 36 informs Squidward that his hour is up and leaves.

"SquidBob TentaclePants"
He is seen amazed by SpongeBob and Squidward's fusion while the camera slowly pans across the audience at the recital.

"Whale of a Birthday"
He is seen panicking when Pearl enters the Krusty Krab crying.

"New Digs"
He wipes his mouth with SpongeBob's underwear.

"Krabs à la Mode"
He gets a Krabby Patty shot right into his mouth. He also appears ice skating with Squidward until he gets frozen by Plankton, along with everyone else.

"To Love a Patty"
He is shown sitting at the Krusty Krab with Incidental 63 at night. The latter complains about him releasing an awful smell, which he denies. It is then revealed that the foul odor was caused by the rotten nature of SpongeBob's Patty which causes him and Incidental 63 to leave the Krusty Krab.

"Breath of Fresh Squidward"
He murmurs with other fish when SpongeBob disrupts Squidward and Patrick's pogo stick jumping. He also becomes concerned when he see Patrick's lights react to Squidward's electric fence.

"Sing a Song of Patrick"
He is seen at Goo Lagoon with Incidental 14 listening to Patrick's song on their radio. Incidental 36 tells Incidental 14 that Patrick's song makes him think of her, but when the song sang the line "PU what's that horrible smell?" Incidental 14 angrily punches Incidental 36 into the distance.
