Here is the Lords of Waterdeep worker placement game that came out years ago and is still one of the best themed ones out there. I am definitely drawn to this title because of the IP and the artwork, although I find the "questing" smooth and fun. Its also very strategic.

I also have an expansion which is really cool - so if you see this title out there and can pick it up - I definitely recommend.
