I think you can infer why it took me so long to decide to make a video tutorial...
Step 1: Download the zip file.

Step 2: Right-click. Extract. If your computer can't extract, get 7-zip.
https://www.7-zip.org/
I believe "64-bit x64" is the best and newest version.
"Extract Files..." is what I clicked.

Step 3: Open the folder you extracted. Open the folder inside of the folder. Copy the 3 items.

Step 4: Open Steam. Go to DOA6. Click the gear icon - Manage - Browse local files.
Look at the address bar at the top. Click on "common" next to "Dead or Alive 6" so that you will see all your Steam games. Right-click the Dead or Alive 6 folder. Paste the 3 items you just copied.
You're done! I told you people it only takes 2 minutes to do. And I meant it. Easy, fast, and simple.
I tell you to go to "common" strictly because I don't want you to paste the 3 items somewhere else by accident.
