4Very rarely if you use your super move in a specific frame when a regular enemy comes into the screen, the super will have no effect when it comes to damaging it only knocking it down like when you come back afte losing a life. I only ever saw it happen during boss fghts and even then its SUPER rare. The part where i said about the Galsia hitting way off-axis as it did is also extremely rare but it can happen to almost any Galsia really.
