Well, is this new card broken? Kinda. It surely helps labrynth A LOT when going second and baiting interactions. That said, Z-ARC can be added because he's summoned through a trap, which Arias can set up going first (let's be real, if ye don' have anything better).

Z-ARC and his cards are there for a single reason: to be beatsticks. If you'd rather have a 40 cards deck, take of the Supreme Rage and both main deck Pendulum Dragons. It'd also be cool to consider adding 2 copies of Cooclock in their place.
