There's a side quest available at Shinra Base known as 'The Turtle Paradise,' and we've just fulfilled one of its requirements by reading the second notice on the Shinra board. While this quest can be completed later, it's essential to note that once we leave the Shinra Base, we won't have another opportunity to revisit for quite some time.
