We went to the Seattle Needle Tower by taking out D.U.P. Forces and their base. Once done, we find Audio Logs, Stencil Art (Good Karma), Hidden Cameras, beat Secret Agents and start City Takedown. Reggie told us that we have to crime scene that some mysterious sniper woman did on the back alley. We discovered the victim was Brent Williams. When we finish crime scene that Reggie assigned, we hide in the box and chased the purple haired girl called "Fetch" who has the ability to use Neon Powers. I also got new power called "Neon" and I now have the ability to use super speed, fire neon beams, and drain neon signs. To beat Fetch, you need to drain all the neon signs to weaken her. Once she's defeated, you have two choices: Redeem Fetch and you get Good Karma or Corrupt Fetch and you get Evil Karma. Once we redeem Fetch, we need to find more core relays based on Neon Powers. After getting new powers for Neon, we head to the houseboat, defeat drug dealers, mark houseboat walls, save civilians and destroy drugs for Fetch. In the morning, we went to the bridge to go to the south of Seattle and ran into Augustine and made me fight her Super Elite Lieutenant. Once he's defeated, Augustine covered Delsin in concrete and took me to Lantern District!
