Before doing the main missions, we need to destroy the Mobile Command Centers first. We also defeated more secret agents, we destroyed gatling guns, security cameras, hidden cameras, scanning stations, and tracker drones. We also did Stencil Art for good karma and District Showdown. Suddenly, a man named Eugene Simms called Delsin and said that he loves his work. After the phone call, we destroyed the bridge holders so the bridge will fall after DUP Forces Vehicles ride on it. Now we search for conduicts on various buses, but nobody’s there! We find porta potties to find the conduicts in DUP Vests. When we see Reggie wear the vest, we chase him so the video angels can take Reggie to their domain. We then see Video Angels and Video Demons coming out of the Television screens. You have to destroy the screens to prevent more video angels and video demons from attacking you. When it’s done, we go into the TV Station and find the Conduict who is sending out video angels and demons, and suddenly we fight “The He Who Dwells”. Once we defeat him, we grabbed the Conduict in glasses and got Video power! The Conduict in glasses was revealed to be Eugene. Reggie shows up and grabs Eugene, and yes, we got two choices: if we redeem Eugene (Good Karma) and if we corrupt Eugene (Evil Karma). For now, I chose to redeem him. After that, we have no power, but we can absorb TV Screens, Satellite Dishes, and Screens for Video Power. We’re going to have to find more Power Core Relay! First off, we find our first Power Core Relay so Reggie can shoot it. We just got invisibility so we could surprise attack enemies. We head to the docks so Reggie can fire the Power Core Relay and we just got Melee Attack. Third Core Relay is Video Dash so we can go through satellites and fly. Our fourth Power Core Relay is Video Torrent. Our final Power Core Relay is Hellfire Swarm. Our next mission is that we have to get to the elevator parking garage and destroy Akuran gang, destroy Akuran Boards to find the Conduicts, but the DUPs Helicopters took them hostage in the container, so we have to release them (do not shoot the choppers or you will get the Conduicts killed). Finally, we have to protect the Conduicts by fighting off DUP Soldiers.
