Mental Omega. previously know as Mental Omega: Almost Perfect Yuri's Revenge, is a modification for Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 - Yuri's Revenge created by Speeder and Mevitar. It features extensive reworking of all existing faction, new factions, many new units and structures, and a plethora of new missions.

Before it's current 3.x iteration, Mental Omega started out as a mod aim at rebalancing the game, with campaign content planned for a later development stage. Version 1.x already contains a number of new units and structures as well as changes to the subfactions. Subfactions now receive veterancy for certain units, a stat modifier, and unique tech to give them more personality.

At the same time, previously subfaction-exclusive units and structures are now often available to the entire factions. Mental Omega also adds income-generating structures to support a player's late-game economy, when ore is running out. Lastly, the mod has new mutliplayer maps, some of which are based on official campaign maps.
