Continuing on from the previous part, I take on the final boss.
Despite having played through the game once before at this point, and the difficulty being on easy, I still had a lot of trouble defeating the final boss!
But after eventually defeating the final boss, I knock Anne over, and then get ending D and B by killing her and not killing her.
The bad ending (The one where she dies) sees Murphy get executed for the murders of his son, and Frank Coleridge.
Murphy seems out of character here, with his last words being the kind of thing you'd expect Sewell to say.
The better ending, ending B, plays out the same as ending A does for the most part.
Anne forgives Murphy and lets him live.
But then the next scene changes things as she meets back up with Sewell at the prison.
She confronts him about her father, throwing his badge to him.
The scene ends with her saying that they need to talk as she holds a gun behind her back. (The implications seem to be that she shoots him!)
After getting those endings, I ramble for a bit, watch the in game trailer, and look over some character profiles.
With my next plan for this let's play being to do one more playthough to get the secret ending, how will that play out? Find out in the next part! (I'll likely off screen most of it when I get around to it.)
