Continuing on from the previous part, I talk about a poll I put up on my channel to decide on the next let's play, and then make the long walk back through the game to talk to every npc.
This ended up taking a lot longer than I thought it would to complete!
I talk to all the characters in hotland, and most of waterfall in this part.
Most characters seem to be pretty optimistic about finally going to the surface.
Rather than focus on each character, I'm just going to give a brief summary of some of the characters I talk to in this part.
The burger guy seems a bit mixed on the idea of finally going to the surface due to Mettaton still being a douche to him.
But as he says, the only way to go now is up. (Literally, as he also said!)
Bratty and Catty seem excited to go to the surface, with the latter of the two wanting to get a pet cat.
Muffet seems to have raised enough money so that her spiders can have their own football arena.
Gerson (The tortoise guy) finally tells us why he calls Asgore by the name of fluffybuns.
It turns out that Toriel called him that one time without realising the microphone picked it up, and Asgore just kind of went along with it.
He also tells us a bit about Asgore and Toriel, and how they used to be over the top with their affection for each other. (He seems to like that this is no longer the case!)
Mettaton seems happy with his new body, and plans to make it big on the surface.
He has already got a band set up, which also includes his cousin, Napstablook.
As for Napstablook? Well he seems to be doing well, and also appears to be the only one who didn't know our name until now!
So with all of that said, how many more characters will I talk to before getting the true pacifist ending? And what will they have to say? Find out in the next part! (The next part is the final part of this let's play!)
