This TAS uses a different route compared to WR. There's an extra suicide at the end to get score from it's items and some bullet cancels. With the Static/Cancel Bonus and Clear Bonus (which together are capped at 28,713,110) I gained 28,757,800, so it worked out perfectly. To explain, the game only counts the score that physically rolls up. When the game fades out, it stops giving score, so I'm missing out on 44,690 points, but this is very little, which is exactly what you want.
This kind of route is likely TAS-only, as you require an insane Cancel Bonus and extremely good item luck. It is possible an extra suicide could work out in real-time, but it's going to be losing score on the clear bonus no matter what, given the TAS just barely doesn't. There are also a few other things that in real-time would require unreasonable precision and alot of luck. As a quick edit from 31 July 2021, I concluded the route is possible in real-time, but only if you get the Double K.O. suicide entering the final pattern, which is extremely unlikely to work. If you commit to the suicide and you fail, you automatically lose score over just doing the one suicide like you normally would.
There are some mistakes/liberties in this TAS, so there is room for improvement. Unfortunately some of these improvements require heavy luck manipulation so I feel like メタモルフォーゼ might be more suited for the job here. Suicide items is a big thing. Without restarting the entire credit, I can only manipulate it by grazing specific bullets and killing specific enemies at any given time. But with how tight the stage is in timing anything and the fact that you aren't allowed to get much graze at all, it's too difficult for me to deal with without the proper tools. During the production I also had to deal with input delay and for whatever reason using Neko Project and Hourglass together (specifically), makes the movement for focused and unfocused be reversed for 4 out of 8 directions at any given time, which may explain some unusual movement. I envision the TAS can go up by roughly another 500k.
