What the hell is it with these people and their sodding "lighting"? Like why? Is that 100% of their focus?
In this one, I managed to wake up one of the Xeon's faulty capture cards, so we'll see if it's even remotely reliable... it's not, because I had to go in and sync audio by hand in multiple places, so back to the Presler we go.

0:00 Antisocial
This map isn't very interesting. By all means skip it. It's big and fairly empty, not that great to look at, but the builder at least made it play just fine and would have likely become a good mapper if they'd stayed. Behind the curve for the year 2000, but that happens. It's mostly here to enforce that making your map play properly matters far more than silly shading.

22:19 Jitters
Another fairly ugly map that set itself up to fail. Sincerity goes a long way and I find it impossible to hate this one. The atmosphere is more effective than it has any right to be and like the previous map, it actually plays OK. Arguably an average map for the time and it probably is.

49:05 Starlite Project
Not played to completion. The mapper strokes their ego, proceeds to spend most of their time applying shading (wrongly) and forgets to put ammo in the level.

This whole video is of the type I'd usually leave on the reject pile and not upload, but whatever, by all means give this one a miss. Still, if I some day bin the series through being sick of it, sessions like this are why that idea gets serious consideration at times. With misfortune enough to get a bunch of days like this one in a row, it could happen eventually. For now, however, we continue.

After pondering whether to include maps that aren't completed in the title, I have decided that they will appear but with an asterisk from now on.
