Welcome back, my fellow Comrades - Internets and fans of Virtual Cruising, in the New Year of 2022! I hope you're all doing well, considering quite a 'hell of a ride' now gone 2021 has turned out globally. Given this occassion, due to the fact I'm not anyhow good at making wishes, but I don't fancy typical, that is "textbook" responses either, I'll just take a different direction instead and say - Engaging and Successful New Year everyone. We're all gonna need it ;)

Now, getting straight to the point, the video you're watching now isn't anything special for whatever opportunity you might seek, as all it does is a little concept revival from my last video uploaded onto my channel. There are two notable differences though - one: it's not a racing game; two - the video has (slightly and hopefully to be honest) better quality. In other words, just like the last time I tested YouTube's compression capabilities with raw, that is uncompressed and unedited FRAPS footage captured in native 720p (which showcased the original 2010's NEED FOR SPEED HOT PURSUIT by Criterion), this time I decided to make a little step further and find out what YouTube is capable of in terms of definitive FULL HD variant. Hence, this short footage you're watching.

You might be suprised by the lack of virtual driving/racing content in this video. Even though I aim to focus mainly on everything that resolves around racing and driving in virtual environment on this channel, there are certain games which prove to deliver very unique experience, in spite of having nothing to do with racing whatsoever. Rockstar Games' MANHUNT is definitely one of these games. Despite the fact, the horror, stealth or TPP genre is not my forte, the main theme, as well as the depicted story made me fall in love with the game. Synchronously, this might be an opportunity for me to look forward to soon, as once I hopefully get into the more frequent schedule of uploading, including 'playthroughing', I'd like to implement other genres of virtual entertainment for a rare occassion.
