Welcome to Booty Number Nien, the internet's newest game to trash and sh!t upon, and while I hate to say it, the game kind of deserves the bashing.
The game is just ok. I actually enjoy playing the game, at least at a gameplay standpoint. The movement feels really good and the infinite dash allows for some amazing traversal. However, everything else is just kind of bland and inconsistent. The enemies are basically reused in every stage and the stages reuse ideas from the old Mega Man games in far less clever ways. Boss difficulty tends to come from two camps: it's either too easy and exploitable or it's a "how am I supposed to beat this" situation.
The biggest offense is the dialogue in the game. Who cares about the story, nobody, but the dialogue is so bad. A lot of it sounds like a Saturday morning cartoon but still in its conceptual stages. The game wants to deliver humor but nothing is fleshed out for you to even grasp. Plus, it's so hard to take anything seriously when everybody looks so static.
Ugh, no more from me on this. Just watch me get through this game and enjoy my comments mid-game lol.
