My final tier list for the year 2021.
Mainly moved a few characters around and added the new characters Airi and Mia.

This is from the perspective of an End Game player who has all the characters.
For most new and casual players, you will be fine starting out with any of the 5 stars though having the higher tiered ones will give you an easier start. With time, even F2P players will attain every character, so this list is to give you an idea as to who I mainly use so that you know who to heavily invest in.
Most of my Raid teams include Yui, Mia, Airi, Vivian with Joan/Aina for Light/Fire Raids respectively which explains why they are higher on the tier list. In the end game, there is not much to do besides maximizing your Raid Score and Slasher Score.
