Yui, Joan, Mia, Darkness
Yui & Mia provides heals and blocks. Darkness tanks. Joan provides HP/DEF Buffs but also stuns which is needed to incapacitate the boss when she performs her ultimates at 25B, 30B, 35B, and every 5B after that.
At 30B the boss gets "Reaper" which means everytime someone on your team dies, the boss gets 2 times stronger.
If you have Darkness but cannot hit 25B+, then don't worry about getting a stunner and use whomever works best for you, such as a 2nd healer, buffer, DPS.
If you don't have a strong Darkness or Darkness at all, then you can replace Darkness with another tank such as Vivian and use another healer, example would be Yui, Rachael, Vivian, Mia. You can replace Rachael/Vivian with other buffers or DPS and see what works best for you. Keep in mind the boss does less damage to light characters and she doesn't hit everyone on the team. Having Vivian should reduce her missile penetration which helps.
