Removing ramps sounds like it'd make an interesting challenge for junctions where ramps would normally be expected to show up. In some cases, a large heavyweight won't cut it for grabbing vital crash items, and reaching other areas of a junction would become quite inconvenient.

Then, we have the idea of wrecking as soon as you touch a civilian car or wall, even if you're going super slow. This would pose an expert-level challenge to do a lap around a track without touching walls, especially during solo road rage.
