Let's make Noxdo a tourist destination! After all, we already have Central Park in the works, and people from out of town come to see our meteor and a bunch of other places that we've sprinkled throughout our city. However, my first choice for a tourism district is currently occupied, so we must build a smaller tourism district elsewhere. What better place to do that than by the riverbank? Tourists can wade in the water, enjoy all sorts of beachside activities, and fight for their lives as they try not to get swept away by the river current. What could be better? Also, because we've been seeing such an increase in visitors to Noxdo, it was necessary for us to build a second metro line. This one goes throughout the majority of the city, starting in the harbour and even reaching up into our newest industrial area. Hopefully, this will eliminate the need for so many cars on the road, as that never helps us with our usual traffic flow problems. As soon as we become a megalopolis, we'll install a metro that will help improve passenger transport even further.
