Today's episode is extra long because I'm extra determined to, once and for all, complete the Gravity Gardens scenario. It appears that the trick to succeeding on this one isn't just to close down the park once or twice. No no, we must close it down at least three times and replace all of the older rides with new, more exciting rides. Well, thank goodness we were charging $50 for entry early on, or we'd still be back in the $250,000 park value range. Unfortunately, the apparent need for high-excitement coasters means that I had to refrain from building any more coasters myself, which is good because it's very clear (most of the time) that I'm out to maim all of our guests in as passive a way as is possible. I mean... what? I didn't say that. I mean that the handymen - oh, whatever. It's the guests' faults for wanting to go to the restroom and ignoring the one that's two feet to the left of them.

Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 is a game that I've played since I was just a wee teen-aged Nox, and it's a game that I've looked forward to playing on the channel since first starting out. I undoubtedly owe my intense interest in the CMS genre to this game and its predecessor, and I can't imagine what type of gamer I would be today if I hadn't been introduced to RCT by my computer teacher at the time.
